Apparently, it’s a thing. Houston’s mall has a double-decker carousel. Arlington”s has a viewing/seating area overlooking the ice rink. One of them has an American Girl doll store complete with customizations, matching pajamas, a bistro for real people, and a salon for dolls. Who knew??
