My Mountain

Jesus, you know my intent was to apply interpreting credentials to income while using language skills for ministry among the Deaf. You also know that, as with many human endeavors, those plans fell under the weight of several conflicts.

Now there’s a mountain – $36k worth, that just last year was whittled to $32k, then accrued interest, and we can expect it to do so again. My faith is in You, and You said just a little faith could tell a mountain to move and expect it to happen.

Whether by spoonful, bulldozer, or earthquake, this mountain has to move – it’s blocking not only my view but my path.

Still, when You don’t move mountains, I will continue to trust in You.
